• No show or early departure will be subject to full pay of accommodation charge.
• All cancellations /reduction must be received via written notification, and are subject to the terms as follow:
  • Up to 7 days and the arrival date: No Fees
  • Less than 7 days and the arrival date: Penalty equivalent to 1 night room charge will apply for the guest(s)
Guaranteed Reservations:
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

No Show policy:
  • No show means failure to arrive at the hotel on the day booked for arrival
  • If the guest has not informed the hotel of the change on arrival date, the hotel can release the booking and apply 1 night room charge penalty for the guest(s)
  • If the guest arrives at a subsequent date, then the guest will not be refunded for the date between the scheduled and actual arrival.
