Accommodations Booking

We have negotiated special accommodations prices at the following hotels within the vicinity of the congress venue, IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center.

The map below indicates the location of official congress hotels and gives you an indication of the distance between the hotel and the venue. All selected hotels are accessible by the electric train or taxi.

Scroll below the map to change the hotel listing alphabetically or by distance. Other selections include a listing by price and travel time by the electric train (BTS/MRT) to the venue.

Reservation Process

1. Select your preferred hotel. A valid credit card guarantee is required to secure the reservation.
2. Submit your reservation request.
3. The hotel will contact you directly to confirm your booking. Any subsequent amendments or cancellations should be arranged directly with the hotel.

To book your preferred hotel, simply click the “Book” button in the respective hotel listing.

To book the hotel of your choice, simply select the “Book” button at the respective hotel description. For group bookings, please email the Secretariat at fapa2026@cdmthailand.com.
