REMARKS:
  • Room rates are inclusive of daily breakfast, service charge, and government taxes.
  • Bed type (King/Twin) is subject to hotel availability.
  • The rates include daily skytrain ticket during the event days 14-17 September 2026.
Check in & Check out policy
  • Check in time after 14:00 hrs., however we reserve the right upon the room availability.
  • Extra charges for early check-in from 7:00 to 13:59 = 50% of the room rate.
  • Extra charges for early check-in from 0:01 to 6:59 = 100% of the room rate.
  • Check out time before 12:00 hrs. (noon).
  • Extra charges for check-out after 12:01 to 18:00 = 50% of the room rate.
  • Extra charges for check out after 18:01 = 100% of the room rate.
Payment:
  • Room rental 50% of the total amount is required to guarantee the booking once the reservation is made and the remaining balance will be settled upon check in.
  • Security deposit will be required upon check in date: Cash or Authorization for an amount of credit card slip with guest’s signature.
  • Method of payment : Credit cards accepted – VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX
Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellation of arrangement shall be made in written notification 7 working days consecutively (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Thai’s public holidays) prior to the arrival date, can be cancelled free of charge.
  • Cancellations made between 6-3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Thai’s public holidays) prior to the arrival date shall be entitled to be charged a penalty of 50% of the total amount.
  • Cancellations made after 3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Thai’s public holidays) prior to the arrival date shall be charged with a penalty of 100% of the total amount.
  • 100% of the total amount will be charged in case of No-Show.
