We have negotiated special accommodation rates at a selection of official congress hotels. These include hotels located within close proximity to the congress venue, IMPACT Forum, as well as hotels in nearby districts and Bangkok city center that offer convenient access to the venue via public transportation (BTS/MRT), taxi, or other transport options.
The map below shows the locations of the official congress hotels and provides an indication of the distance between each hotel and the venue. Whether you prefer to stay close to the venue or in the city center with easy access to Bangkok’s attractions, a variety of accommodation options are available to suit your preferences and budget.

Reservation Process
1. Select your preferred hotel. A valid credit card guarantee is required to secure the reservation.
2. Submit your reservation request.
3. The hotel will contact you directly to confirm your booking. Any subsequent amendments or cancellations should be arranged directly with the hotel.
To book your preferred hotel, simply click the “Book” button in the respective hotel listing.
For group bookings (minimum 8 rooms), please contact the Local PCO at ispo2027@cdmthailand.com.
