CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
  • Normal check in time is 14.00 hrs., the hotel will try their best effort to accommodate guests before the check-in time. Should you wish to guarantee the early check-in, pre-block room for one night prior to arrival will be recommended at rate charge.
  • Check out time is 12.00 hrs. A half day rate will be applied for late check out till 18.00 hours and a full day rate for check out after 18.00 hours. Late check out is Subject to Space availability.

RESERVATION
  • All reservations must be guaranteed by one night room deposit or a major credit card. For credit card guarantees, the hotel requires written information to include the name of the cardholder as it appears on the card, the card number and expiry date. Guaranteed reservation will be held until noon of day following the confirmed arrival date.
  • All non-guaranteed reservation will be released after 18.00 hours.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
  • For daily stays, cancellations received within 24 hours of arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night stay
  • Should a guest with a guaranteed reservation not arrival on the scheduled date of arrival, a one night room charge will be levied as no-show charge. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
PAYMENT
All charges will be settled by the guest upon departure, unless alternate arrangement has been confirmed with the hotel’s credit department.
