Payment
  • 50% Deposit is required to guarantee the booking once the reservation is made, and the remaining balance will be settled upon check-in.
  • Security deposit will be required upon check-in date in cash or authorization for an amount of credit card slip with guest’s signature.
  • Method of payment : Credit cards accepted – VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX
Check in & check out policy:
  • Check-in time is after 14:00 hrs; however, the hotel reserves the right upon the room availability.
  • Extra charges for early check-in from 7:00 to 13:59 = 50% of the room rate.
  • Extra charges for early check-in from 0:01 to 6:59 = 100% of the room rate.
  • Check-out time is before 12:00 hrs. (noon).
  • Extra charges for check-out from 12:01 to 18:00 = 50% of the room rate.
  • Extra charges for check-out after 18:01 = 100% of the room rate.
Cancellation Policy: 
  • Cancellations must be made in writing 7 working days consecutively (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Thai’s public holidays) prior to the arrival date: free of charge.
  • Cancellations made between 6-3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Thai’s public holidays) prior to the arrival date shall be entitled to be charged a penalty of 50% of the total amount.
  • Cancellations made after 3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Thai’s public holidays) prior to the arrival date shall be charged with a penalty of 100% of the total amount.
  • 100% of the total amount will be charged in case of No-Show.
  • For acceptance of cancellation, Centre Point will be sent the notification of acceptance in return.
